Ways to Support GTEC
By donating to the Green Technology Education Centre (GTEC), you are helping us develop Canada’s first Climate Response Centre (CRC), which will deliver educational experiences and community development support designed to accelerate the shift to a regenerative, just and resilient society. A pop-up version of the Centre will be located at the new Arbutus Neighbourhood House opening in Fall of 2026.
The Neighbourhood in the 21st Century exhibit is planned as the inaugural event to celebrate the opening of the Centre. The exhibit will showcase practical ways to respond to the effects of climate change on neighbourhoods through science-based content presented in engaging art installations. Visual imagery for the exhibit will be contributed by the children and youth from Fraser Academy.
We also make available an online, climate change-focused arts and culture journal called the GTEC Reader. Please consider donating so we can continue publishing the Reader without paywalls.

Donate directly to GTEC with cash, cheque or e-transfer using one of the following options. An official tax receipt will be sent to you from GTEC. Please contact GTEC at admin@gteccanada.ca if you do not receive your donation receipt within 7 days.
E-Transfer
In order to obtain a CRA donation receipt, you must include your full name, mailing address, and email address in the Message section before you send your e-transfer. The tax receipt will be sent to your email address.
